Uproar Art is an all-purpose 501-c-3 not-for-profit art program designed for kids and teens. We offer intensive, skill-based, technical and creative education in a structured, nurturing and individualized learning environment. UpRoar is a wonderful non-profit working very hard to bring free or low-cost art education to Brooklyn Schools and other arts organizations.
