The space is surrounded by shipping containers that have been re-purposed into retail space and occupied by local vendors and merchants selling everything from handmade jewelry to boutique clothing and apparel. The adjacent areas include an incubator farm as well as a collection of eateries. The venue is truly a multi-purpose space that can be used for concerts, art exhibitions, fashion shows, screenings, parties and other special events.
